Train + Tour events are for licensed real estate professionals only. You must have an active real estate license to join a tour or attend a training. We welcome experienced and inexperienced agents, local or out-of-state - no exceptions.

It is free of charge for licensed real estate agents.

Typically a light breakfast, a market trend seminar, luxury motor coach tour of new home communities, networking, builder presentations, snacks, and potential prize drawings. Agents can register through social media posts and email posts. Tours do fill up, so book spots quickly.

Most tours do not qualify for continuing education credits. However, Train + Tour does put together CE classes for agents. Stay tuned via social media, email, and this website for future details.

We have shortened tours based on feedback from our producing real estate partners so more agents can attend. Instead of a long lunch stop, we now offer light snacks, drinks, and networking with agents and builder sales teams while visiting new home communities. After the tour, agents return to America First Mortgage for an exclusive, limited-seating lunch and learn that is invite-only and must be reserved ahead of time.
