Who this site is for

This site and our tours are for licensed real estate professionals. An active real estate license is required to register for a tour or training. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Registration and waitlist

• Each tour has a limited number of seats. When it is full, you may join the waitlist.
• If a seat opens, people on the waitlist may be moved into the tour in waitlist order.
• We may cancel or decline a registration if we cannot confirm an active license, or if the details provided are incomplete or incorrect.
• We may change or cancel a tour, and will try to let registered attendees know as early as we can.

Event conduct

Please be on time, treat builders, sales teams, hosts and other attendees with respect, and follow instructions from tour staff and the bus driver. We may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive.

Builder and community information

Community, pricing and availability details come from builders and public sources. We share them as a courtesy and do not guarantee they are accurate, complete or current. Always confirm details with the builder.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Train N Tour L.L.C. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or attendance at an event. The site is provided as is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
