Who we are

Train N Tour (Train N Tour L.L.C.) organizes trainings and bus tours of new-home communities in Southern Nevada for licensed real estate professionals. Tours are hosted by America First Mortgage and sponsored by First American Title. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your brokerage or company name.
• Your Nevada real estate license number.
• Mailing list sign-ups and tour request details, such as preferred dates, group size and notes.
• Basic site usage data, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location from your IP address.

How we use it

• To register you for tours and trainings.
• To verify your real estate license.
• To send confirmations and reminders.
• To manage the waitlist and let you know when a seat opens.
• To send event updates you have agreed to receive.
• To respond to your questions and requests.

How we share it

We do not sell your information. Registration information is used to run the event. We share information only with service providers who help us run this site (for example hosting, email delivery and text message delivery), with our tour host America First Mortgage and sponsor First American Title as needed to run the event, and when required by law.

Mobile Information and Text Messaging

If you choose to receive text messages from Train N Tour Text Alerts, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support of service delivery, such as customer support or message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How to opt out

Text messages: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us at trainntourllc@gmail.com.

Data retention

We keep registration and consent records for as long as needed to run our events, prove consent and meet legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing trainntourllc@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is for licensed real estate professionals only. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
